Across TCGA cell cohorts, PEX13 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,692 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PEX13-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Protein import into peroxisome matrix, docking, Regulation of chromatin organization, and Golgi organization. Each is linked with PEX13 in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PEX13-to-partner and partner-to-PEX13 results are reported.
