PEX11A

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PEX11A RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 17,089 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PEX11A-associated proteins across cancer lineages are AMPD3, MNDA, and DDAH1. Each is linked with PEX11A in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PEX11A-to-partner and partner-to-PEX11A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PEX11A versus AMPD3 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of -0.35.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PEX11A→partner) and Y-score (partner→PEX11A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
