PEX11A

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PEX11A protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,097 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PEX11A-associated genes across cancer lineages are GNB3, TOB1, and MPC2. Each is linked with PEX11A in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PEX11A-to-partner and partner-to-PEX11A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PEX11A versus GNB3 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of -0.41.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PEX11A→partner) and Y-score (partner→PEX11A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
