The most reproducible PEX11A-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ABCD3, ACBD5, and MTCH1. Each is linked with PEX11A in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PEX11A-to-partner and partner-to-PEX11A results are reported.
