Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PEX1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 21,089 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PEX1-associated genes across cancer lineages are HDHD3, SLC25A13, and MDH2. Each is linked with PEX1 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PEX1-to-partner and partner-to-PEX1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PEX1 versus HDHD3 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.38.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PEX1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PEX1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
