PES1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, PES1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PES1-associated genes across cancer lineages are CLEC4C, SPEM3, and AVP. Each is linked with PES1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PES1-to-partner and partner-to-PES1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CLEC4C grouped by PES1-low versus PES1-high in LIVER.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PES1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PES1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
