Across TCGA patient cohorts, PERP mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 332 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PERP-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-434P, KRTAP4-16, and RNU7-128P. Each is linked with PERP in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PERP-to-partner and partner-to-PERP results are reported.
