PER3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PER3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,066 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PER3-associated proteins across cancer lineages are NOP2, LZIC, and YME1L1. Each is linked with PER3 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PER3-to-partner and partner-to-PER3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PER3 versus NOP2 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of -0.42.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PER3→partner) and Y-score (partner→PER3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
