PELP1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PELP1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,732 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PELP1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SF3B3, SUPT16H, and EFTUD2. Each is linked with PELP1 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PELP1-to-partner and partner-to-PELP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PELP1 versus SF3B3 in PDAC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.46.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PELP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PELP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
