PELO

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PELO RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,247 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PELO-associated proteins across cancer lineages are HTRA3, PLOD2, and SPARC. Each is linked with PELO in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PELO-to-partner and partner-to-PELO results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PELO versus HTRA3 in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.39.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PELO→partner) and Y-score (partner→PELO) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
