Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PELO protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,956 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PELO-associated genes across cancer lineages are HBS1L, TCP1, and RWDD1. Each is linked with PELO in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PELO-to-partner and partner-to-PELO results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PELO versus HBS1L in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.33.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PELO→partner) and Y-score (partner→PELO) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
