Across TCGA patient cohorts, PELO mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 5 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PELO-associated genes across cancer lineages are Cyclin-B1, FoxM1, and Caspase-8. Each is linked with PELO in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PELO-to-partner and partner-to-PELO results are reported.
