Across TCGA cell cohorts, PELO RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,824 significant associations in total. SOFT_TISSUE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PELO-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Nuclear-transcribed mRNA catabolic process, no-go decay, Positive regulation of protein exit from endoplasmic reticulum, and Regulation of protein exit from endoplasmic reticulum. Each is linked with PELO in more than 16 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PELO-to-partner and partner-to-PELO results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Nuclear-transcribed mRNA catabolic process, no-go decay grouped by PELO-low versus PELO-high in LIVER.
