PELI2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PELI2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 17,291 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PELI2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SEC23B, PLIN3, and TNS1. Each is linked with PELI2 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PELI2-to-partner and partner-to-PELI2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PELI2 versus SEC23B in CCRCC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.52.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PELI2→partner) and Y-score (partner→PELI2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
