Across TCGA patient cohorts, PELI2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,701 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PELI2-associated genes across cancer lineages are DDX21, SQLE, and RHBDD1. Each is linked with PELI2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PELI2-to-partner and partner-to-PELI2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PELI2 versus DDX21 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.47.
