PELI2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PELI2 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 28 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PELI2-associated genes across cancer lineages are MEK1, PCNA, and Annexin-1. Each is linked with PELI2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PELI2-to-partner and partner-to-PELI2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MEK1 grouped by PELI2-low versus PELI2-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PELI2→partner) and Y-score (partner→PELI2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
