Across TCGA cell cohorts, PELI2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,105 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PELI2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Aerobic respiration, Copper ion export, and Regulation of cytoplasmic translation. Each is linked with PELI2 in more than 10 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PELI2-to-partner and partner-to-PELI2 results are reported.
