PEG10

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PEG10 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 8,537 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PEG10-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RSF1_S397, SUPT16H, and GMDS. Each is linked with PEG10 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PEG10-to-partner and partner-to-PEG10 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PEG10 versus RSF1_S397 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.37.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PEG10→partner) and Y-score (partner→PEG10) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
