PEF1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PEF1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,018 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PEF1-associated genes across cancer lineages are CIDECP1, TIMM44, and SH3GL2. Each is linked with PEF1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PEF1-to-partner and partner-to-PEF1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CIDECP1 grouped by PEF1-low versus PEF1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PEF1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PEF1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
