Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, PECR Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated PECR data layer compared with 26 for mass-spec protein and 6 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in prostate adenocarcinoma (PRAD), where higher PECR Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated PECR expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
PRAD, ACC, and LIHC are the cancer types where PECR Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
