PECR

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PECR RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 7,883 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PECR-associated proteins across cancer lineages are UBXN4, PLEKHA6_S459, and PLEKHA6_S808. Each is linked with PECR in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PECR-to-partner and partner-to-PECR results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PECR versus UBXN4 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.28.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PECR→partner) and Y-score (partner→PECR) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
