Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PECR protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 12,451 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PECR-associated genes across cancer lineages are TMEM169, MEX3A, and ABCC6P2. Each is linked with PECR in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PECR-to-partner and partner-to-PECR results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PECR versus TMEM169 in PDAC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.47.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PECR→partner) and Y-score (partner→PECR) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
