Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PECR mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 468 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PECR-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR7E15P, RPS17P1, and RNU4-82P. Each is linked with PECR in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PECR-to-partner and partner-to-PECR results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OR7E15P grouped by PECR-low versus PECR-high in LIHC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PECR→partner) and Y-score (partner→PECR) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
