Across TCGA patient cohorts, PECR mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 28 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PECR-associated genes across cancer lineages are Notch1, EGFR_pY1068, and eIF4E. Each is linked with PECR in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PECR-to-partner and partner-to-PECR results are reported.
