Across TCGA cell cohorts, PECR RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,977 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PECR-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Mitochondrial electron transport, NADH to ubiquinone, Intraciliary transport, and Transport along microtubule. Each is linked with PECR in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PECR-to-partner and partner-to-PECR results are reported.
