Across TCGA cell cohorts, PECR mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PECR-associated genes across cancer lineages are UTF1, LYPD4, and WSCD2. Each is linked with PECR in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PECR-to-partner and partner-to-PECR results are reported.
