PEBP4

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PEBP4 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 16,583 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PEBP4-associated genes across cancer lineages are TEK, PTPRB, and HDC. Each is linked with PEBP4 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PEBP4-to-partner and partner-to-PEBP4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PEBP4 versus TEK in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.45.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PEBP4→partner) and Y-score (partner→PEBP4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
