Across TCGA cell cohorts, PEBP4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 1,301 significant associations in total. SOFT_TISSUE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PEBP4-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Maturation of 5.8S rRNA from tricistronic rRNA transcript (SSU-rRNA, 5.8S rRNA, LSU-rRNA), Heparan sulfate proteoglycan catabolic process, and Positive regulation of cellular respiration. Each is linked with PEBP4 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PEBP4-to-partner and partner-to-PEBP4 results are reported.
