PEBP1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PEBP1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,880 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PEBP1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are HSPA5, SART3, and PEBP1_S54. Each is linked with PEBP1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PEBP1-to-partner and partner-to-PEBP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PEBP1 versus HSPA5 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of -0.46.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PEBP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PEBP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
