Across TCGA patient cohorts, PEBP1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 17,314 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PEBP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RAI2, KPNA2, and ERO1A. Each is linked with PEBP1 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PEBP1-to-partner and partner-to-PEBP1 results are reported.
