PEBP1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PEBP1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 38 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PEBP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNA5SP417, SLCO1B1, and OR1AA1P. Each is linked with PEBP1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PEBP1-to-partner and partner-to-PEBP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNA5SP417 grouped by PEBP1-low versus PEBP1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PEBP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PEBP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
