PEBP1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, PEBP1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11,445 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PEBP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are BRI3BP, KDM2B, and TRIAP1. Each is linked with PEBP1 in more than 11 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PEBP1-to-partner and partner-to-PEBP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PEBP1 versus BRI3BP in BREAST, with a Pearson correlation of 0.57.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PEBP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PEBP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
