Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, PEA15 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 2 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated PEA15 data layer compared with 28 for mass-spec protein and 6 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in kidney renal clear cell carcinoma (KIRC), where higher PEA15 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated PEA15 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC show a favorable association.
KIRC and UCEC are the cancer types where PEA15 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
