PEA15

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PEA15 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 18,301 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PEA15-associated proteins across cancer lineages are MAP1A, PLS3, and CDC42BPA. Each is linked with PEA15 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PEA15-to-partner and partner-to-PEA15 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PEA15 versus MAP1A in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.35.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PEA15→partner) and Y-score (partner→PEA15) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
