PEA15

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PEA15 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,342 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PEA15-associated genes across cancer lineages are TRBV17, COX15, and NPAT. Each is linked with PEA15 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PEA15-to-partner and partner-to-PEA15 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TRBV17 grouped by PEA15-low versus PEA15-high in BRCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PEA15→partner) and Y-score (partner→PEA15) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
