Across TCGA patient cohorts, PEA15 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 16 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PEA15-associated genes across cancer lineages are EGFR_pY1068, MEK1, and PDCD4. Each is linked with PEA15 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PEA15-to-partner and partner-to-PEA15 results are reported.
