Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, PDZK1 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 1 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated PDZK1 data layer compared with 23 for mass-spec protein and 2 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in skin cutaneous melanoma (SKCM), where higher PDZK1 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated PDZK1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
SKCM are the cancer types where PDZK1 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
