Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PDZK1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,051 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PDZK1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RPRD2, RBBP5, and YTHDC1. Each is linked with PDZK1 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PDZK1-to-partner and partner-to-PDZK1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PDZK1 versus RPRD2 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.39.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PDZK1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PDZK1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
