Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PDZK1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7,602 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PDZK1-associated genes across cancer lineages are PRRG4, S1PR2, and C5. Each is linked with PDZK1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PDZK1-to-partner and partner-to-PDZK1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PDZK1 versus PRRG4 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.38.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PDZK1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PDZK1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
