PDZD9

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PDZD9 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 16,557 significant associations in total. UVM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PDZD9-associated genes across cancer lineages are TAS2R4, RAB41, and ANGEL2. Each is linked with PDZD9 in more than 26 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PDZD9-to-partner and partner-to-PDZD9 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PDZD9 versus TAS2R4 in KIRP, with a Pearson correlation of 0.55.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PDZD9→partner) and Y-score (partner→PDZD9) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
