The most reproducible PDZD8-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PDZD8_S538, ZFYVE27, and NHLRC2. Each is linked with PDZD8 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PDZD8-to-partner and partner-to-PDZD8 results are reported.
