Across TCGA cell cohorts, PDZD8 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10,742 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PDZD8-associated genes across cancer lineages are SEC23IP, ABRAXAS2, and HIF1AN. Each is linked with PDZD8 in more than 15 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PDZD8-to-partner and partner-to-PDZD8 results are reported.
