PDZD8

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, PDZD8 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 211 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PDZD8-associated genes across cancer lineages are KRTAP10-4, H2BC1, and KRTAP13-2. Each is linked with PDZD8 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PDZD8-to-partner and partner-to-PDZD8 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, KRTAP10-4 grouped by PDZD8-low versus PDZD8-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PDZD8→partner) and Y-score (partner→PDZD8) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
