PDZD4

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PDZD4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 19,972 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PDZD4-associated proteins across cancer lineages are TMOD2, PALM, and CRMP1. Each is linked with PDZD4 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PDZD4-to-partner and partner-to-PDZD4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PDZD4 versus TMOD2 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.26.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PDZD4→partner) and Y-score (partner→PDZD4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
