PDZD4

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PDZD4 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,110 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PDZD4-associated genes across cancer lineages are PVALB, PYGL, and CHGA. Each is linked with PDZD4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PDZD4-to-partner and partner-to-PDZD4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PDZD4 versus PVALB in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.27.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PDZD4→partner) and Y-score (partner→PDZD4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
