Across TCGA patient cohorts, PDYN protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9,692 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PDYN-associated genes across cancer lineages are PRODH, SLC25A1, and SEZ6L. Each is linked with PDYN in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PDYN-to-partner and partner-to-PDYN results are reported.
