Across TCGA patient cohorts, PDYN protein abundance is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 29,074 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PDYN-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RECQL, REEP1, and REEP1_S192. Each is linked with PDYN in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PDYN-to-partner and partner-to-PDYN results are reported.
