Across TCGA patient cohorts, PDYN mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 67 significant associations in total. LUSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PDYN-associated genes across cancer lineages are JNK2, MEK1_p_S217_S221, and Akt_pT308. Each is linked with PDYN in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PDYN-to-partner and partner-to-PDYN results are reported.
