PDXP

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PDXP RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 9,538 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PDXP-associated proteins across cancer lineages are EHMT2, HAUS1, and NASP. Each is linked with PDXP in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PDXP-to-partner and partner-to-PDXP results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PDXP versus EHMT2 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.44.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PDXP→partner) and Y-score (partner→PDXP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
