Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PDXP protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 12,654 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PDXP-associated genes across cancer lineages are SCAMP5, GABARAPL1, and RTL6. Each is linked with PDXP in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PDXP-to-partner and partner-to-PDXP results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PDXP versus SCAMP5 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.60.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PDXP→partner) and Y-score (partner→PDXP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
